Explainers and tools for AI products.
Written, animated and checked with Claude.

AmirRezaTube makes short animated explainers about AI products for a Persian-speaking audience (89K+ on Instagram, 13K+ on Telegram), and builds the tools that produce them: a kinetic video engine, a motion component library and an Android app. Claude Code writes and maintains the code.

How Claude is used

Claude Code is the engineer.
The project's rules keep it honest.

01

Videos are code

Every explainer is a topic file that Claude Code writes and revises: scenes, timing, components. Changing a video means changing code, so every change can be reviewed and rerun.

02

A router keeps it on the rules

A project instruction file tells Claude who owns what: never overwrite an accepted final, never invent timestamps, always render a new run. Rules live in the repo, not in anyone's memory.

03

Guards fail loudly

Builds check input hashes, reject stale caches and flag still frames and empty gaps before a video is reviewed. A failed check stops the render instead of shipping a bad one.

04

Mistakes become records

Each video gets a build record. The Claude Code mods reel documents fourteen fixes, from hidden previews to pointer stalls, so the next video starts from what the last one learned.

Explaining AI takes more than a screen recording.
So the pipeline does the checking.

Each video starts as a script, becomes real interface components on a single camera path, and is audited before anything is published. Claude Code writes and maintains the tooling.

01

Write the script first

A shared editorial contract keeps every script consistent. Facts are checked against sources and the exact script is locked before any audio or motion is produced.

02

Build scenes from real components

One continuous world the camera flies through: terminals, cards and interface parts drawn in code. Timing follows the narration audio, so scenes land on the words.

03

Check before it ships

An audit flags still frames, empty gaps and stale caches. Review stays pending until it is done, and an accepted final is never overwritten.

Android app

Rony: three tools that float over every app.

A personal Android app in pure Kotlin. The whole app was written with Claude. Translation uses the OpenAI API and video analysis uses Gemini. The phone below is an illustrative recreation built from the app's real colours, radii and icons, not a screen recording.

Copy anywhere, translate in place

A small round button stays on top of every app. Copy any text, tap it, and a floating card shows the Persian translation (or English if the text is Persian) without leaving the app underneath.

  • Works in X and Instagram
  • Direction-aware RTL/LTR
  • Adjustable text size

Understand a reel with one tap

Inside Instagram only, a separate button grabs the reel's link for you and hands the video to an AI model. The card shows the caption and an analysis of what is in the video.

  • Button only appears inside Instagram
  • Caption and analysis tabs
  • Video analysed by Gemini

Live captions for any audio

Captures the phone's own audio, so no microphone, and floats a translated caption over whatever is playing. Headphones work too.

  • Phone audio, not the mic
  • Floating caption overlay
  • Real-time translation

Illustrative: translated text is shown as word-shaped placeholders.

About

One person, one pipeline, one clear explanation at a time.

I'm AmirReza Nasiri, an AI product engineer in Toronto, Ontario. AmirRezaTube is where I publish explainers about AI products, in Persian for a Persian-speaking audience, and the tooling that makes each one faster to produce and easier to check. The tools are built with Claude Code.

The business, ARENODE, is a registered Ontario sole proprietorship (BIN 1001559043, registered April 2, 2026; public record), and the channel has been publishing since May 2025. I also take consulting work, which lives on my personal site, amirrezanasiri.com.
